Dbarta24 Desk – Bollywood stars Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have shared the joyful news that they are expecting their second child together.
The couple broke the news on Wednesday morning via a joint social media post, featuring a heartwarming photo that quickly captivated fans and colleagues across the entertainment industry.
The shared photograph shows Kiara and Sidharth’s hands cradling a pair of tiny white socks, gently touched by the small hand of their firstborn child. Accompanying the photo, the couple expressed their immense joy, writing that life’s “greatest gift” is returning once again, filling their hearts with gratitude and love.
The announcement triggered an outpouring of congratulations from prominent Bollywood figures, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, Sobhita Dhulipala, and photographer Dabboo Ratnani, among many others.
This creative reveal echoes how the couple previously announced their journey into parenthood. On February 28, 2025, Kiara and Sidharth first revealed they were expecting by sharing a picture showing only their intertwined hands.
They welcomed their daughter on July 16, 2025, and later in November, shared a heartwarming picture of her tiny feet adorned in white socks—making the humble garment a symbolic motif for their family milestones.
On the professional front, both actors have maintained busy schedules over the past two years. Following the birth of her first child in 2025, Kiara starred in major releases including Game Changer, War 2, and her 2026 film Toxic. Sidharth’s recent filmography includes Param Sundari and The Banyan.
While their recent cinematic ventures met with mixed reviews at the box office, the couple’s personal life now takes center stage as they prepare to welcome their newest family member.
