Business Desk; Dbarta24 — Bangladesh’s capital is set to host one of South Asia’s largest industrial showcases next month as the 25th Textile Series of Exhibitions 2026 brings together nearly 1,475 companies from 37 countries.
Organised by international exhibition manager CEMS-Global USA, the four-day mega event will run from September 2 to September 5 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center (BBCFEC) in Purbachal.
The announcement was made during a press conference held at a five-star hotel in Dhaka on Wednesday, where key organizers outlined the scale, strategic value, and modern additions planned for this year’s edition.
Three Co-Located International Expos
The event will consolidate three premier global trade fairs under one roof to serve the entire textile, apparel, and chemical supply chain:
-
25th Textech Bangladesh 2026 International Expo: Focusing on modern textile and garment manufacturing machinery.
-
26th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2026: Displaying advanced yarns, fabrics, trims, and garment accessories.
-
53rd Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2026 International Expo: Featuring dyestuffs, industrial chemicals, and eco-friendly processing technologies.
The exhibition complex will house over 2,245 booths and pavilions, with organizers projecting a turnout exceeding 16,000 corporate and business trade visitors. The doors will remain open exclusively for trade professionals daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Industry Leaders Focus on AI and Digital Transformation
A major highlight of this year’s edition is the newly introduced Digital Transformation Zone, designed to help local manufacturers adapt to global Industry 4.0 standards.
This dedicated section will showcase Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, industrial automation tools, cloud systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Internet of Things (IoT) integrations, and high-tech digital machinery.
Beyond the physical showcases, the organizers have scheduled four international seminars featuring industry experts to address modern supply chain challenges, sustainability, and technical innovations in apparel manufacturing.
President and Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global USA & Asia-Pacific Meherun N. Islam led the press conference alongside Group CEO S. S. Sarwar, Executive Director Tanveer Kamrul Islam, and Group Director Abhishek Das.
As Bangladesh continues to solidify its position as a global leader in garment manufacturing, this international expo serves as a critical bridge—connecting local manufacturers directly with international technology providers, chemical suppliers, and raw material innovators under a single platform.
