National Report: In recognition of commendable work in the Bangladesh Army, the Army Chief’s Certificate of Appreciation and National Integrity Strategy Award have been presented.
Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, who was present as the chief guest, handed over certificates and crests to 21 soldiers.
The Inter-Services Public Relations Department (ISPR) said a program was organized at the Dhaka Cantonment Army Multipurpose Complex on Sunday.
It is said that, in recognition of the work, the seven army personnel were given certificates of appreciation (operational and non-operational) by the army chief, and at the same time they wore their insignia.
Apart from this, he distributed crests and certificates to 14 soldiers who received awards for implementing the national reform strategy at the army headquarters level in the financial year 2022-2023.
Operational and non-operational achievements in recognition of devotion to duty, loyalty, patriotism, exemplary, and gallantry in the Army are considered for receiving Army Chief’s Certificates and Insignia.
Apart from this, the National Integrity Strategy Award is given to encourage practices implemented by the Government of Bangladesh.
On the occasion, the army chief thanked the soldiers who were recognized for their outstanding performance for their high morale, work ethic, patriotism, and unwavering faith in duty.
He said their passion is a path for everyone. At this time, he gave instructions to all the members of the army for such exemplary work.
