Khairul Alam: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged all people, especially clerics ( Islamic Scholars), to help the government eliminate extremism and terrorism from the country. In her address, she said, “We want your cooperation in ending superstition, extremism and terrorism.”
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said this while distributing prizes among the national-level winners of ‘The National Hifzul Quran Competition-2023’ on Sunday (August 13) morning. In the speech, she also said “I request all of you to pay special attention so that our children do not go astray,”
The Prime Minister asked scholars and scholars to spread the true message of Islam among all so that no one can mislead anyone on the path of extremism and terrorism and defame Islam. Because Islam is the greatest religion in the world and always talks about peace.
The Prime Minister said, ‘Those who are extremists are terrorists, they do not belong to any religion, country or ethnic group. So I would request everyone to protect the dignity of our religion. No one strayed.
You have to keep an eye on the child’s regular attendance at school-college-university and who he associates with.
Sheikh Hasina called upon everyone to be aware to keep children and teenagers away from terrorism and extremists, saying, “They are going to heaven by committing suicide after killing people.”
They should be removed from this route. It is maligned in the name of Islam by misinterpretation. Islam has to be saved from this defamation.
