National Report: Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has remarked that the country’s GDP has increased 4.5 times in 14 years.
He said that the Awami League government has continued development for the last 14 years. GDP increased from $100 billion to $454 billion. Which is more than 4.5 times compared to 2009.
The minister said, Bangabandhu is not just a name, he is an awakened history. Bangabandhu’s whole life was surrounded by history. As long as this country exists, Bangabandhu will live among Bengalis on the basis of his work.
He also said that at present the per capita income has increased four and a half times from $696 to about $2,700.
