Two Rohingya Killed in Violence at Rohingya Camp

Local Correspondent: Incidents of violence have occurred between rival groups of terrorists in the Ukhiya Balukhali and Jamtoli Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar. As a result, two Rohingya individuals have lost their lives.

Mohammad Ikbal, the Additional Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Armed Police Battalion 14 (APBn), responsible for security in Rohingya camps, reported that on Wednesday morning, October 4th, a shooting incident took place between two Rohingya terrorist groups at Camp 8W in Ukhiya Balukhali.

One Rohingya extremist named Yusuf was killed in the exchange of gunfire. He was identified as a member of the Arsa’s Killing Squad.

On the other hand, early in the morning today, another violent clash occurred between a group from Arsa and another terrorist group in Camp 15 at Jamtoli Rohingya Camp.

Later, the Arsa terrorists abducted a Rohingya teenager named Arafat and brutally stabbed him multiple times before fleeing the scene.

The Ukhiya Police Station personnel recovered the bodies and sent them to the district hospital for post-mortem examinations, as reported by Officer-in-Charge Sheikh Mohammad Ali.
