It is being told that in the last 24 hours, 2 thousand 288 people have been admitted to the hospital due to dengue. Of these, 899 people are in Dhaka and 1 thousand 389 people are outside Dhaka.
A total of 2,783 dengue patients have been discharged from the hospital in the last 24 hours. Of these, 1 thousand 90 people have been approved in Dhaka and 1 thousand 693 outside Dhaka.
It was also said in the notification that 9 people have died due to dengue infection in the last 24 hours. 7 people died in Dhaka. The rest are outside of Dhaka.
A total of 444 people died of dengue in the country this year. Of these, 336 people died in Dhaka and 108 outside Dhaka.
Till August 16 this year, a total of 94 thousand 312 people have been infected with dengue. Of these, 46 thousand 129 people are in Dhaka and 48 thousand 183 people are outside Dhaka.
At present, a total of 8 thousand 661 dengue patients are admitted to hospitals across the country. 3 thousand 804 people are hospitalized in Dhaka and 4 thousand 857 outside Dhaka.
