Crime Report: The RAB has tightened security in various areas of the capital to maintain law and order and ensure security on Friday (August 18).
RAB-2 Senior Assistant Director (Media) confirmed this information. He said that the country’s law and order forces are active in maintaining normalcy and ensuring security throughout the country.
In continuation of this, security has been strengthened in the areas under the jurisdiction of RAB-2 to provide security and avoid any untoward situation.
Adequate pick-up patrols and motorcycle patrols have been deployed in Mohammadpur, Adabar, Dhanmandi, Kalabagan, Newmarket, Hazaribagh, Sher Bangla Nagar, Tejgaon and Tejgaon industrial areas of the capital through special strengthened patrolling.
He also said that the Captain of RAB-2 is regularly monitoring the activities of the patrolling parties in various areas and providing necessary guidance to strengthen the security in the area under the responsibility of RAB-2.
Necessary measures will be taken to ensure security in the area under RAB-2 in future also.
