Khairul Alam : Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has sought votes for boat in a mammoth rally at Rangpur. He urged to give him again chance to serve the country.
The Prime Minister said that when Awami League comes to power, the country improves and the fortunes of the farmers change. Because the boat symbols is in power, the electricity has gone from house to house. Today Bangladesh is moving forward because the boat is in power.
The Prime Minister said these at the divisional meeting organized by the District and Mahanagar Awami League at Rangpur District School Ground on Wednesday (August 2) afternoon.
The Awami League works for the welfare of the people, he said. No one worked to change the fate of Rangpur. Today poverty is being eradicated by voting on boat symbol. Today there is no one who can be called poor.
Stating that there is no need to bring or wear old clothes from abroad. The Prime Minister said that the economic capacity of every person to buy clothes has come. Earlier rice was not available for one meal, now two meals, three meals are available. We have done that.
The Awami League government is working to change the fortunes of the farmers, laborers and toiling people of this country. The people of the country are getting the benefit of which you are getting.
He also said that the people of Bangladesh are my own people, my family. I find my father’s love, brother’s love, sister’s love in you.
If needed, I am ready to give my life as a father. I am ready to give my life to improve the destiny of the people.
